Thank you Ken and Jeff for all the help yesterday in getting my laptop up and running.. I could not believe it, but when I logged it onto the game, WoW, last night there was yet another update.  Lucky enough it looks like that update did download to my pc.  So, when I get my USB data storage units in a couple of days, I will attempt to transfer the file that way.  Wish me luck!!

 I just wanted to tell you "thanks" and ask that you pass along my appreciation to Dennis, too, for the excellent service Monday. I called Wild Blue about our intermittent service outages on Monday morning at start of business and was a little worried that they weren't going to authorize the repair, based on how it went with the tech guy. Imagine my surprise when Dennis knocked at the door mere hours after I made that request!
