Just a note to let you know how pleased we are with the recent installation of our new WildBlue internet service.

Thank you Ken and Jeff for all the help yesterday in getting my laptop up and running.. I could not believe it, but when I logged it onto the game, WoW, last night there was yet another update. Lucky enough it looks like that update did download to my pc. So, when I get my USB data storage units in a couple of days, I will attempt to transfer the file that way. Wish me luck!!

P.S. I very much enjoyed ‘hanging around’ in your office yesterday. If I was 20 (maybe more) years younger, I would get some schooling and apply for a job!!! What an interesting way to make a living; something new every day!

I can't thank you enough for recovering the information on my disc!! Whenever someone is in need of computer work, I always recommend you and Computer Connections.

I shut down the Network's old Yahoo shopping cart a few minutes ago. It is forward from the old URL (they make you buy the domain for 10 bucks a year). It took about 30 minutes on customer support, since the steps to do that are not anything they advertise on the merchant's pages (otherwise their customers would probably be leaving Yahoo in droves)!

We have you to thank! Getting away from Yahoo is only possible because you've hung in there with us and gotten the new shopping cart all set up.
